When you place an order at woodonwall.se you can choose to pick up your order free of charge at our warehouse (Pinnmogatan 1 25464 Helsingborg). When your order is ready for delivery, we will contact you and arrange a time for pick-up.
Delivery within EU
- Delivery time Samples and Wood (Collection): approx. 4-10 days *
- Delivery time on Stone, Metal and Colour (Collection) : 4-12 weeks*
- Delivery to your address (plot boundary)

Deliveries outside the EU
For orders to countries outside the EU (such as Norway, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom), national import VAT, customs duties, or other fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are handled by the shipping carrier during import. We are not responsible for any additional costs or delays caused by customs processing.
